Ruby Woo, Redd & Frozen

I was absolutely delighted when I found out I won an amazing giveaway package with Jayd from 'Always, Alice'. Her blog is always a lovely read, filled with a ton of lifestyle posts. I especially love reading 'The Sunday Post' which Jayd posts every week, discussing all of the things which made her happy that week. I don't know why but those types of posts are my complete favourites to read, I suppose it's because it makes you appreciate the little things.

Retro Matte MAC Ruby Woo and MAC Redd Lip Liner

I have been after Ruby Woo for so long now, ever since Vivianna Does Makeup wrote her post: 'Why Every Woman Needs MAC Ruby Woo'. It just seems like every girl's go-to statement red lip and now I can see what all of the fuss is about. Despite being very pale, I adored the look it gives and I can tell it's going to be a lipstick I will cling on to throughout Winter. The colour is highly pigmented, a little drying but stays on like a dream. To really secure the look, MAC Redd lip liner is perfect to use beforehand to create a solid look to last you all day.

LUSH Frozen Bath Bomb

This bath bomb truly exceeded my expectations (despite an unholy amount of glitter being scattered along the whole house like fairy dust). This is perfect for those afternoon baths, it has a fresh scent with soothing and refreshing ingredients of grapefruit oil, rose oil and neroli oil. Once placed in the bath the bomb starts spilling out silver lustre and turns the water a beautiful lagoon like colour. I used this before going out for a meal, I was left feeling soft and refreshed but best of all I realised I was a little bit sparkly and I certainly wasn't complaining *salsa dancer emoji*.

What's your statement red lip?
