10 Ways To Be More Mindful

This is a quote from The Little Book Of Mindfulness written by Tiddy Rowan. It's something I like to keep beside my bed and have a flick through before I fall asleep. It's a reminder to be calm, think about the present moment and relax. Filled with inspirational and uplifting quotes, as well as techniques in breathing and gaining a new perspective - it's the perfect pick me up!

Find a balance in everything you do

Don't rush - focus more and achieve better

Find acceptence in yourself

Learn how to meditate

Start each morning with positivity, no matter how much you are dreading the day

Learn the power of crystals and see if they could work for you

Read more

Don't fret about the big problems, simply enjoy and appreciate the little things you find joy in

Most of all, be present in the moment

  3. I think reconnecting with my faith helped me on this path. I feel like people who have some sort of spirituality, no matter religion or else, are more mindful you know. Meditating surely helps as well as going to quiet places often etc

  7. I love this list! I have the pocket book of mindfulness too, but I'm yet to do anything with it! I definitely need to keep it by my bedside, or maybe read a page on a morning when I wake up, to put me in the right frame of mind for the day! Stephie xx

  21. I LOVE this post girl - the 2016 reading list sounds awesome, not sure if I'll have time to complete the whole thing by the end of 2016 now but I'm going to carry it over until 2017 and give it a whirl! I picked up a book on Mindfulness the other day and can't wait to read it!
